Data Policy

This Data Policy summarises, in practical terms, what information Kitchen Storiez holds, where it lives, who can see it and how you can have it removed. It supports our Privacy Policy.

We do not keep any other customer data. Visitors do not need an account, and we do not collect payment details on the Website.

2. Where it is stored

• Form submissions are emailed to our team (the support mailbox and the founder) and a confirmation is sent to you.
• Submissions are also saved in the Website’s database and may be recorded in the tool our team uses to keep track of enquiries.
• Messages you send by email, SMS or WhatsApp stay in the corresponding mailbox or phone used by our team.

3. Who can access it

Only authorised Kitchen Storiez team members and the service providers that host or deliver these systems on our behalf. The admin area of the Website is password-protected.

4. How we use it

Only to respond to you and to contact you about your enquiry and our services by email, phone call, SMS or WhatsApp. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your contact and enquiry data until you request deletion of your account or contact data. To make a request, use our deletion request form or email support@kitchenstoriez.com from the address you used with us. Our webmaster and the founder are notified, we confirm the request with you, and then we delete the data from the database, the enquiry tool (CRM) and our mailboxes, and tell you when it is done. The only exception is records we are legally required to keep.

6. Security

Access is limited to authorised people, the admin area requires a password, and the Website is served over HTTPS. If a data breach affecting your information occurs, we will take steps to contain it and notify affected people and the authorities as the law requires.

7. Analytics data

Website analytics are collected through Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies, and are not linked to what you submit in our forms. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

8. Your requests

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you on any channel. Send your request to support@kitchenstoriez.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.
