You get a confirmation email with a reference number. Our webmaster and founder are notified.
We confirm the request with you by email, then delete the data you asked for.
We email you when it is done.

What gets deleted

Your name, email, phone number and the messages you sent through our contact and booking forms, plus related records in our enquiry tools and mailboxes. Records we must keep by law are the only exception.
